Nothing to set up on your end. Messages are sent from MyD’s official WhatsApp number, powered by the Meta Business API. Your customers receive the notification like any other WhatsApp message. No app install, no opt-in friction.
No. We handle the entire WhatsApp infrastructure on our side. You just need an API key from your MyD dashboard, included in any paid plan.
If a customer replies to the notification, we respond automatically letting them know it’s an automated number and showing your store’s WhatsApp contact. One tap and they’re in a direct conversation with you.
Each WhatsApp notification sent to a customer counts as one message. If an order triggers four status updates, that’s four messages. You can configure which statuses fire a notification to keep usage lean.
We notify you before you hit the limit. Once exceeded, notifications pause until the next billing cycle, or upgrade anytime to keep them flowing. Your store’s order processing is unaffected.
